    Aramith Low end Billiard Balls

Are you talking about the old red box Aramith vs the white box? I have a set of the standards (white box) on my home table and they are more than fine. I've been happy with them for years.

    Mechanical Bridge Designs

Agreed. I'm sanded a few down to eliminate the sharp edge.

    Should I paint my GC4?

You know what I've thought about doing is having a table vinyl wrapped.

UPDATE: Anyone have any tricks to getting a reply or call back from Cuetec warranty?

I think that's old and not updated. There's a warranty site / survey you fill you and they tell you you'll hear back in 3 business days. I went through Pooldawg who also told me I need to go direct to Cuetec and I've always had great service with Pooldawg so I trust what they're saying.

UPDATE: Anyone have any tricks to getting a reply or call back from Cuetec warranty?

UPDATE: They got back and apologized for the delay and said they were at BCA Vegas. They wanted me to pack up the entire cue and give them the dimensions of the package so they can get me a return label. I'm been trying to get my cue covered under warranty and I've sent emails, filled out...

    Cuetec warranty work

I know this is old but I have the exact same issue and I can't get Cuetec to get back with me at all. How'd you even get through to them to warranty it?

Isn’t pool supposed to be dead?

It's because there's about 1/3 of the pool halls remaining if not less I fell like. Plus I also feel like there are way more leagues than there was back in the day.

Less expensive Joss cues and quality?

The white collar. It's pretty thin compared to other cues I've been looking at. I know it doesn't hurt play, especially my play, but I like to keep my cues in excellent shape. Someone mentioned the dirt on the collar and I'm starting to think that the dirt in there with me tightening the shaft...

My first cue was a Dufferin. No complaints

    Juma vs Phenolic joint collars

As I'm going down the cue makeup rabbit hole I have a question on if Juma is a decent material for joint collars. It looks sort of cheapish to me but hard to tell by look and feel. Is one far better or far worse than the other? Thanks as always!

Less expensive Joss cues and quality?

My current cue broke. I'm looking for a new cue and traditional maple. How's that the latest and greatest?

    Wrapless pool cues

One thing I'm starting to notice is that linen wrap installation isn't created equal. My old Falcon had a, for lack of better words, looser more natural linen and it gripped. My Cuetec wrap is so tight and smooth it's actually more slippery than the rest of the butt. I was just looking at...

Are LD shafts only really helpful on long shots w/ a lot of side spin?

Is that really when you'd notice the benefit of a LD shaft?

    Thanks for that!

Jacoby MAG vs McDermott GS vs Viking Kayano

You have the McDermott traditional shaft and not the G-Core? All my local shop had was GCore and Defy and Defy is way too much for my cheapness. LOL

Jacoby MAG vs McDermott GS vs Viking Kayano

Weird you said that because I just came across them. Have you shot with a Raven? I'm reading good things.
