You know what else is insulting? When a Bank Pool Champion makes a claim, and almost quits the forums because some scientific minded skeptics who can't reproduce the Champions shot, make up excuses for what people are seeing, and dismiss it as a figment of everyone's imagination. Yet they don't...

You are right. But you aren't taking into account, the big picture population of pool players. You are assuming that the majority of pool players can actually play at your speed. You have confidence in your ability. Plenty of people out there don't. I know plenty of people who after 25 years...

I don't know about road players being "outed" per se. But I know of a couple people in "far from home" games having their action knocked way before I knew AZB even existed, back on the billiards digest forums. I'm sure there might be a couple of knocks on RSB as well.

Only time I've seen someone act like a total idiot and not get kicked out of the pool room/tournament was when the powers that be, had a stake in the action and or, had said player in the Calcutta. It always happens like that.

Drexeline outside of Philly doesn't serve alcohol. Pool was their bread and butter till smoking laws took a chunk out of their business. They changed it to BYOB several years ago though to compensate. But none of the pool players are bringing booze and drinking. Only groups of friends at night...

Please. Just stop with this argument. LOL I've supported my local pool rooms for over 25 years by being a regular customer. Should I have done more for pool to be able to criticize in this thread? So only people who add money to pool events out of their pocket for the love of the game or pool...

Not my problem. They could have all the integrity in the world. I still don't think someone is gonna pay 2k to see this shot videoed in proper fashion. Sorry if I am a skeptic when it comes to money and pool. There is a reason I am like that though.

A lot of people would. I would have tried, but I don't own modern video cameras, tripods, and all the other equipment needed. Certainly not going to go out and buy it all, set everything up, film it, just to have someone else beat me to it or someone renig on the cash. Ain't worth it.
