Well I got destroyed by a 6 in 9 ball on Friday, won the SL 6-7 Regional Qualifier on Saturday and got destroyed by a SL 8 on Sunday. My inconsistency drives me insane. I've been working on break and position drills all week because that's been getting me in a bind the last few weeks.

This is me exactly, including owning a 9' GC. Owning the big table has improved my game leaps and bounds but I still struggle in 8 ball on a bar box because I have a terrible time breaking out all of the clusters. However, there is no argument whatsoever that the overall game is much easier...

Just picked up one of these for a song and I can say everyone was right, Schons are super sweet cues. I love the hit and balance. It is very stiff compared to what ive been using but it is probably the best production cue Ive ever hit. I cant see myself not having a Schon from here on out.

Im 43 and the only way I would want one is if I got it for free and could sell it to some fool for an exhorbitant amount of money. Then id buy a decent playing cue and a motorcycle. To each their own but theres no way I would pay the price those cues demand.

Yes, even when I rack for myself I find it difficult to consistently make balls on the break. I'm a little better with a template rack but, overall, I have a very poor percentage of remaining at the table when I break.

My break sucks and it is why I lose most of the time. For the life of me I can't figure out how to consistently make balls on the break. So yeah, I would say, in my game it is the most important shot.

My son is a legit 2. He would probably be a 1 if APA allowed it. He is terrible and has literally never won a match.

I hit with one for a while. It felt great but it didn't improve my game at all. I'd rather save the $500 toward a custom but thats just me.
