Techno dud soft

Maybe it’s me but I can’t get used to these tips. I use a Revo 12.9 shaft with a Techno dud soft tip. My other CF shafts don’t feel as good to me as the Revo. I have a Rhino and Bulletproof CF shaft as well. I guess it’s like an old pair of shoes. I’m going to stick with the horse I rode in on. lol.

I have one of each hardness. I’ll be posting my thoughts in the coming weeks. I also bought the Bulletproof Carbon Fiber shaft.

You go to work 40 hours a week for 30 years. Shoot pool for 40 hours a week for 30 years. lol.

Update. I took my Black ice break cue 6oz. And a 15.5 oz. Butt. Put a techno dud tip on the break cue. And tried playing with it. Didn’t like it at all.

Since I’m 78 years old any one I’d emulate is dead. I would like to hear anyone’s take on a forward heavy shaft. Before I spend or don’t spend my money. I don’t need a lecture.

Anyone use a forward weighted shaft? Like a Blackblade cue. Would like to hear a review on one

I played in an eight ball tournament Sat. Lost the first 4 out of 5. Recouped my head and never lost another game. Finished 3rd. It took some years not to get frustrated but I guess that comes with age. 78 years young. And this wasn’t a senior tournament. lol

After two weeks of use. I feel that I’ll stick with my techno duds. The soft Bullet tip doesn’t do it for me.

I’m 78 and still get down. That’s because I’m bent over from old age. Still can run a rack once in awhile. lol.

Contact lenses. And never looked back. I’m lucky I’m 78 and don’t have cataracts.

We bought two new Olhausen Pro 8’s for our Veterans club. I’ve never heard so much bitchin about pockets in my life. The pockets are tight and the shelf is deep.

One nights sleep gets me fired up. The last ball was history,the next is what matters. I’m 78 shooting poorly one day and running racks the next. Life goes on.
