    Buddy Hall

I remember seeing Jimmy Moore in his final years. He could barely walk, had to hold onto the table as he moved around to shoot, but man, when he bent over and got down on his shot, he lost 50 years and you were in trouble. His body was 80, but that arm was about 19.

    Question for old timers@

I started playing as a pre-teen in a small 5 table room in an IL town of 2000 people. When I grabbed a cue off the wall, the only thing I knew about a tip was to be sure it had one. 20% of these old beaters had no tip at all.

    Guys who never sell cues

I have always been a collector, rather than a trader/dealer, all my life. Pool cues, firearms...every gun I have sold, I have regretted, pool cues not so much, because I was "moving up".

    Pool cue identification

Pearson is a pool trick shot player, NOT the cuemaker. It's a cheap chinese pool cue, one of about 100 million on the planet. But if you like how it plays, good for you.

How long would it be ok to leave cue in car in hot humid weather?

about 25 years ago, a league teammate left his Meucci in his car during the day in Atlanta summer heat before league night and it popped all the inlays in the butt. Still playable but you could feel the damage running you hand over the cue. He was sick about it, had the cue about 4 months and...

I would have dreams about the women of pro pool, back about 30 years ago when there were some very nice "lookers".
