I don't agree with the idea a coach is helpless once the play begins. A true coach can turn the tide at halftime (if we turn to team sports experience). At MR team invitationals captains have enough time to set the players' minds right.

Maybe now MR realize that "One Gorst doesn't make the team" :) And stops flickering the format.
