I know this is complete hindsight, but...Whenever I sell an item, as soon as I receive the funds via PayPal, the first thing I do is transfer the funds out of my PayPal account, and into my bank account. I do this immediately after every transaction. I hope you are able to get some resolution. 👍

Jay, Any chance the damage occurred during/via shipping? I'm just thinking out loud. Would insurance have covered the cost of any shipping damage/refinish? Might be worth exploring if that is an option. I'm sorry for the situation. Lousy for sure.

She will be 21 in May. Stopping at Griffs would be a brief visit. If I'm in Vegas, I figured it couldn't hurt to drop in for a few. It certainly won't be what the trip is centered around, if I have any plans of remaining married. 😉👍
