Just sharing my opinion, have done the Tournament thing before. Gave up on the process, when promised or advertised ads were not paid, and the expenses did not justify the the time, trouble, travel cost, drinks etc. For winning bottom line next to zero.

Bad point, as if you Player competitive Pool it requires 100% attention. If I am doing something that require 100% attention, I want a return for my time. Even if its a home improvement project.
