I would love to find a quantity of the lower profiled ones. Years ago the body was more like 3/8" thick. Shallower cavity made for a stronger cap.

I believe you, but what I said is true also. I know you know that the raw material can vary so easily when you get different runs from the manufacturer. That happened with Mason's material as well. His batch where my material came from could have been a smaller run.

I bought some from Mason, but it wasn't his first round. I still have some of it. Even in the relatively short time he sold the material, it changed a little in tint. Mine has an ever so slight off color appearance. The material being sold now, at least some of it, is more yellow and opaque than...

The dufferin logo inlay is pretty deep. 3/8" diameter is safe. 7/16" and you risk wiping out the bottom. Kelly

I like 2 separate fixtures. I often have a cue (or anything) in the 4th axis fixture gluing up while I'm turning stock with the spinner. Things are simpler if you aren't using a program to spin the stock (or disengaging/swapping belts kind of thing), only controlling the cutter. My 4th axis...

CueCut doesn't replace Mach3. CueCut is a GCode program generator. Mach3 (or some other controller software) is still used to run the GCode and control the machine.
