I have a copy of that, and wanted to send it off to get it made into a .pdf file with normal sized text. In its current form it is almost unreadable, even with readers on. Didn't know the ramifications of having a new book made off of the old one, especially if I wasn't selling them...

I think there could be a book made of Melling's runouts and it would be incredibly enjoyable to read. In this ultimate pool format, with 15 second shot clocks, he finds multiple ways to accomplish breakouts and complicated shots.
