I for one would definitely buy the set if it's subtitled. I know it's another hurdle in your production model, but it would be a ground-breaking one for me and others. I have hesitated on pulling the trigger with other DVDs because of my hearing impairment. Thanks for even being open to the concept.
I played him in the Swanee, and he was firing in the long shots like they were hangers. I like his game, and look forward to seeing/hearing more of him in the years to come.
I like this best. I didn't like any of the proposed solids before that had 5 being shot with 7 still blocking the side. I like taking care of the 7 early to open up the lanes for the 5. Plus, if you miss the shape on 7, you can still use the 6 to regroup.
The landing area for the 8 from the 14 is actually about a half table worth if you cut the 14 into the lower left corner pocket and take a two rail run-up approach to the 8.
I do agree that 3-9-10-15 is a nice tight connect the dot pattern. But the sequence of 14 to 13 in your earlier post...
Combo the stripe in using the 5, make 14 and nudge the 3 over to get shape on 9. Cut 9 in and spin over to nudge the 2 into the pack of solids, and then get out from there. The first 3 shots are key to opening up the table.
Agreed that 14 is a good keyball since it leaves a large gap for the run up to the 8 ball. I do not understand 15 as keyball since it's angled to the side so you can only make it from a small area. I'm really leery of your moving the 10 so that it becomes the keyball especially since the 2 ball...
Sorta like yours but cleaning up top part of table first. I would like to do 12 (don't bother moving any balls on this shot since 10 goes in side easily), 9, 10, 15, 13, 11, 14 then 8 in lower left corner.
Yes, Jay, you are gonna make out like bandit! Shame on you.
Are there any actions broiling at Hard Times this week with these random fellows ? With another easy mark from South Dakota, perhaps ? :p
