Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

It's not eye hand coordination it's eye brain hand coordination, if your eye is giving your brain the wrong sight picture you will struggle, learning your vision center is the key to helping your game.

New Shaft is out - Triple 60 TS1

Low abrasion means talc is abrasive and over time will cause wear which will change how your shaft plays, it's that simple.

Who the Best AZBilliards Member... To help find Billiard Items??

I would say there is not one but that the whole AZ Billiards community can help, check out many different opinions and see how many people like what you might like and the one's who don't, I got back into playing pool about 3 years ago, I swore I would never use a CF shaft, I now own a CF cue...

    Bulletproof Tips

I emailed Bulletproof before trying the hard tip myself, they were very responsive and they said that tip hardness is very subjective but they would compare the Red Med tip to a Medium Hard tip, they also said the hard tip imparted more spin, Dr Dave billiards research also shows that hard tips...

Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

I'm 6'1", not really super tall but I didn't like a 58" cue either, always hanging on to the back of the cue, I went with a 30" shaft and a 3" rear extension that I leave on all the time except when I run into a "wall shot" at a bar, it's one of the reasons you need to find the best cue for YOU...

    Bulletproof Tips

Before I switched to the Recoil hard tip I had already switched to hard tips anyways, my question is if you love the Bulletproof Recoil hard tip why would you want to switch? I think synthetic tips are going to be the future of cue tips, I would have no problem trying a new synthetic tip from...

Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

It's also why I think it's the nastiest flaw to remedy because I see no difference in the shot, both of them look exactly the same when aiming but only one is truly straight, it's hard to fix a problem if you can't see what the real problem is.

    Bulletproof Tips

That Koda tip tool looks very similar to the Sandman, I bet you will love the results.

    Bulletproof Tips

I have never needed to shape my tip, I use the Sandman shaper only to rough it up, it works great.

    Bulletproof Tips

Believe it or not the best tool I've found for the Bulletproof Recoil hard tip is the Sandman shaper, if you just let the weight of the tool, which isn't much by the way, run over the tip starting from the edge of the tip to the center of the tip while spinning the tip for 30 to 45 seconds that...

Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

We all see the same thing....we don't, some people can sight down the center of the shaft and the eye tells the brain you cue is straight and it is, some people need to shift their head some for the shaft to be straight, how much? That is what finding your vision center is all about, look at...

    Bulletproof Tips

7 months into Recoil Hard tip as well, best tip I've ever used, I'm using it on a Becue CF shaft so I don't really hear any unusual noise, my David Tice custom cue had a little tink noise and that was a completely wood cue, to me it just sounds like a good hitting cue.

Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

Make sure what you are doing, do it exactly the same every time.....that's kinda what I was doing, I could draw the ball pretty well so my instructor Kim from Dragon Billiards asked me to draw the cueball straight back into the side pocket, everytime I tried I made the shot but the cueball...

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

Who are they? It's sad you know no one with integrity.

Shoot a Million Balls? Give me a break.

If someone is practicing 2 hours a day and is making NO progress then they should see a PBIA billiards instructor, I believe vision center is the nastiest flaw in learning billiards, the reason is that when you are lining up a shot, if you are not truly straight you will be imparting english on...

It has been over 13 yrs. Glad to be back

That was me 4 years ago, for me it was 10 or 11 years, I didn't pick up a cue once in that time and it was like learning all over again, I did however remember every bad habit I had in the past though, I'm making progress, I took my first lesson from a certified PBIA billiards instructor about a...

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

If SVB wanted to use a different shaft, there would be a line at his door with companies willing to pay him to endorse his new shaft.

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

Your posts had a lot to do with me trying Becue cues, I really appreciate your reviews and observations of their cues, as a returning player who was away from the game for over 10 years there was a lot of new technology in cues, tips, tools, cases ect., every one has different ideas of what a...

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

Becue pays no one to use their cues, I swore when I got back into pool I would never use CF, I am a nobody, no one cares what I use, as the average Joe pool player all I can say is that Becue is a great company and I am fortunate to have done business with them, my Becue is the best hitting...
