    the best pool cue brand?

Don't sweat it. Re-posts happen. That is part of an internet discussion group. If someone hates it that much, they are in the wrong place, imo. Welcome to the forums, and I hope some of these answers help. And, for the record, Schons are probably the only production cue I would personally own...

I think there may still be hope for the youth, Archer/Varner mini exhibition.

Being a Southern boy, I vividly remember the first time(s) I: saw Johnny, met Johnny, and played Johnny. It was very intimidating the first time I played him, and I was already a fairly accomplished player, lol(at least in my opinion:cool:). I always wanted to hate him, simply because he plays...

Kamui vs Moori tips what say you?

Yup. Just not for me. It was nowhere near as controllable as a Moori hard. May just be for my game, though. It did seem to put a bit more juice on the ball, but then again, so do old Meucci shafts:p

    Ivory ferrules?

I LOVE ivory ferrules, personally. I have never noticed any real difference, other than the grain, and easy cleaning compared to "regular" ferrules. I have used mainly ivory for the last 7 or so years, and regular for the 7 or so previous, and couldn't tell you the difference by feel. Did you...

Kamui vs Moori tips what say you?

Then I got a bad batch, cause I can promise you they wouldn't even rate in my top 10 of hard layered tips. Not even close.

Kamui vs Moori tips what say you?

Just my personal experience, but I found the Kamui to be far too soft for my tastes. I tried them on two of my cues, but the feel just isn't there. Moori all the way for me.

Why do they break so differently on similar tables?

Just stand with your feet a little closer to the floor. :)

    Vintage Brunswick's

Awesome collection. Here's hoping you walk into a pawn shop, or estate sale, and they have every one you need for $20 total:grin:

I think there may still be hope for the youth, Archer/Varner mini exhibition.

I think that both what you are doing, and what you are supporting are just great. Trying to give a little back to youth and soldiers is very noble. Both deserve our attention, imo. From the times I have met both players involved, I would expect nothing less. Good job, and keep up the good work.

Morris vs Bartam for 20K, who do you like?

EVERYBODY is better on the 7 footer. But no, Chris isn't really a small track player.

When do you Tip?, or do you TIP a Tournament Director

Very doubtful. I think a lot of bridges were burnt, by all parties involved. Really too bad, as some of the more entertaining posters are no longer around. Not trying to pass judgment by saying that, just that some things around here seem kinda boring lately.

When do you Tip?, or do you TIP a Tournament Director

I actually tipped Mike Janis 100 once. But it was because he toted me to a non-Viking Tour event that I ended up winning, so it was really more jelly, lol.

leather wrap from diferent cue maker

Shouldn't, provided that the local cue maker does a good job, which with tascarella shouldn't be a problem, imo.
