Stay away from the buffets the night before you have to play early or you'll be spending alot of time uncomfortable having to #2 before/during/after your match. Or just don't gorge yourself, but hard not to at buffets...

Ironically I'll be in Vegas meeting up with my brother and some of his old friends during those days. I will probably make it to at least one of the days if not more. I also may have some other pool friends heading over from Bakersfield as well.

Yeah our ladies from Bakersfield, CA won the Women's Singles. Congrats Ladies! Last match, race to 4, and our captain was down 0-3 and came back to win. Last game was for $5,000. Some pressure there. Our 9ball team got 33rd as well and Masters got our money back. I didn't mind the tables. Maybe...

Usually you just alternate paying. At least thats what I did in the past since they are $1 token slots and not quarter slots. SO if you are planning on bringing your years worth of saving quarters in a bowl. Leave em home. HEHE. Good luck to all heading out. I am driving in today, team plays...

I'll be there Thursday night for 9ball with team No Excuses-CA. We play at 1PM Friday. Also playing Masters teams. Not sure of team name yet for that.

I didn't watch the match so this may not apply to this situation. In the Reno Bar Box Championships this year there was one match that had a player racking and consistently always putting the two-ball in the upper left ball above the nine. He was making the one on the break and the two ball...

On Cue Billiards in La Mesa, CA (east of San Diego) also has a 12' snooker table. Some people were playing teams on it when I visited on 7/21/09. Also had about 15+ 9' Gold Crowns. Was a pretty nice place.
