The last time Bergman played in the Mosconi was 2019. The last time USA won was 2019. Bergman's safety game is on par with the Europeans. And Justin is one of the best players in the world after the break.

Gutted for Fu/Bergman, but Zielinski was on a mission. Hope Fu can win the women's event, she is playing super well. Let's see if Bergman enters the UK Open in May.

    Matchroom ranking events schedule, 2026

Looks like we're getting a ceasefire between the USA and Iran. I'm really hoping this means the event in Saudi goes ahead. The players deserve a huge prize pot. I think the Saudis will want to show that tourism is back open, so they will be keen to host the event. Fingers crossed!

Anyone watch the Fu vs Kelly Fisher match? The very young Asian referee missed a foul by Fu at a crucial point in the game. She did the same in the Bergman vs Sky match. I appreciate being a referee is super tough, but she really needs more training. The referees should be encouraged to stop...

Fu has the best break in women's pool. The power she gets is ridiculous.

Thorsten is awful. If he is in the Mosconi team, then USA done. USA need Bergman, who is a very good doubles player and team man.

Bergman is such a great doubles player. He is a better doubles player than any other American player. This is one of the reasons why he needs to be in the Mosconi Cup team. He always makes his partner feel super comfortable. Credit to Fu, she is also a world class performer. If Fu played...

The clock didn't stop in the Bergman-Sky match, so it sounds like it's up to the referee.

Feels like a rule change is needed. Winner breaks is fine, but should be capped to 5 break and runs from the start of the game. So in the Biado example, the break would have automatically switched at 5-0.

JB is 7-5 down and the writing is on the wall. Still a decent run and he had a very tough schedule. Filler, Hoang and Wojiech as 3/4 opponents is tough.

Bergman had a chance to go 4-0, but missed an easy ball. Wojciech has won 4 in a row and is now winning. JB's potting is a concern. He has a habit of missing easy shots.
