There is no real money in playing pool despite the nonsense you often read in this forum. Learn a trade....get a job and play all the pool you want on weekends. Even most of the best known players of 20 to 30 years ago are still trying to scratch together a living....unless they've picked up...

I would "bet" the OP is just having a little fun. On another note, when I was in college in the mid 70's going to a huge university (over 35.000 students even at that time), the "billiard club" by no means had the best pool players on campus. The best players were doing a little more "popular"...

You seriously have to be kidding. Have you ever seen the some of the girls playing college soccer on full scholarships? Hanging around pool halls isn't really the goal of attractive girls....with very very few exceptions. It's not exactly great exercise to keep their "figure".
