when this guy cuts the cloth from rails, how is he not cutting through the rubber? his knife is pointed right against the rubber.

H guys.This is my first post in here. Im a fairly new pool table installer but have been re clothing my own for years and turn out great. I got a chance to recover 5 9 ball tables in a pool hall. They want all new rubbers but we dont know if we need k55 or k66? I know dimensions are different...
