A lot of times I have appointments before getting to league night and was wondering if a cue could warp in that amount of time or not. I feel like I'm safe because when they ship they're in hot humid delivery trucks all day. Just curious. Thanks as always!
Yeah I've learned some pointers I used daily but most of the stuff I don;t need in my head when at the table trying to make a shot. I'd just over think and fail.
I hated my Q Claws because of how much room they took and weight. But they are very sturdy. I just got a Super Shot I think it's called. Seyberts has them but you can get more color options if you buy direct. Plus cheaper shipping.
Honestly I stopped watching DD a while ago. Too scientific for my taste. I do so much better just running drills and practicing than trying to figure out all this math junk. LOL
Ok so my pockets sit flat on the rail as seen in one pic. Whenever a ball goes it it pivots on the two nails and lifts, as seen in the other pic. The third pic shows the two nails in red and my question is could I put a nail in the green spot? I'm worried a nail there could scratch the balls...
Good point. Maybe there's not? I don't have experience with these breaks tips. I thought it was like some phenolic where the ferrule and tip were all one.
It ended up being carbon fiber it appears. Wasn't too bad to clean up. But I'm interested on what the process would be if a phenolic tip got that bad what could be done?
I got this break cue today and it looks like the previous owner didn't know wtf a phenolic tip was and tried to shape it. What would be the proper way to reshape this thing? Thanks!
