is really hard to say..is depends ont he marker..normally if you use alcoho it should be off , if that doens't do..go to peal paint to get the marker removal and that should do the thing..and it wont damage the leather

yes i do understand your point..for asking a repairman or a cuemaker to do..but recently i ask alots of cuemaker's and they cosh me arm and leg's just to change the ring for the joint , i mean yes we are a pool player and sometimes we want to learn to do things on our own so we know how to take...
