tell me about it..after everythign is done..then he msg me and saying that he doesn't have the money now..so he dont want it..i was like wow..make me pay for the fee.so i told im i'm going to report it to ebay..and get my fee's back....

i mean fair price as in like around 100$ because i spoke with few cue maker and some not even a cue maker..just a basic repair person..they charge me like 250$ just to refinish my butt with out shaft..that's why and some peoples been teling me fair price is btw 60 - 100$ so i'm just making...
