    you can contact Bob Flynn of Denali cue, his handle on Azb is QMAKER. his PH break cues are among the best, and he can share a lot about the shaft taper, he uses a few types of tapers on his break cues and surely can do what you want.

    another Joey my Joey, brilliant player, among the best I have ever played with uncored ebony forearm, and the PH handle helps keep the weight and balance nicely, comes at 19.8 and 20 depending on shafts.
