I’m having problems with aftermarket shafts not screwing all the way down. 3/8x10 and radial. One is a kw radial wood to wood. One is a radial 314-2 with phenolic insert. The last is a 3/8x10 Rhino cf. What’s the fix? Can they just be tapped deeper, or do they need to be plugged? Thanks
