you realize you are bragging about making contact? This is the whole point.
In pool you can quickly teach people to make real shots, not just occasionally make decent contact with the ball.
You can teach someone the basics of pool and get them to hit some passable shots in a couple hours. Good luck doing that on the golf course. This shouldn’t even be a debate.
The only moving part in a decent pool stroke is the forearm.
One useful thing about this thread is I get to see the IV drip of content (will stick to a neutral word) that populates the Facebook feeds of millions of old people across the US. It's illuminating!
When you’re that scared of the world no wonder you buy a bunch of guns, move to the middle of nowhere, and never get out of your comfort zone. That’s one way to live I suppose.
People ignoring sponsorship, lessons, and other side gig revenue streams are being willfully obtuse about the financials of pro pool, but that’s par for the course for many posters here.
Jamboree is a good word. I was going to post it was like a carnival with a lot going on. It’s cool to see the variety of events.
The majors can be their own thing but regular tournaments benefit from supporting cards.
