    (Un)Popular Opinion on Fargo Rate

I mean the favorites in any given event have always been known. We didn't need Fargo to tell us who the favorites are. The thing that Fargo does is tell us about all the folks from other places we've never heard of. Other than that what exactly is it good for? Whether you think it's a net...

    (Un)Popular Opinion on Fargo Rate

I'm just guessing but Those numbers are probably only on the feature table? That table is so slick and the balls are always extra clean. Break isn't nearly the same advantage in those conditions.

    Fingering the one ball

Playing 10 ball and 8 ball this technique is used to create a tiny tiny space between the balls in second row of balls, this makes them "more wired" into the side pockets than they are when completely frozen. I don't believe this works at all for 9ball though because we are breaking more...

follow up, would the VIP seats lose value in your eyes if there were no Bigfoot style event? If instead there was a 9' with feature tournament matches instead of the BF.

Curious if the Bigfoot or similar didn’t exist would you skip the first 2 days of the derby?

    DerbyCity going to Nashville...???

I gotta assume those companies in your area are all so busy after the disaster they just don’t need the work right now. In time that price should drop a lot.

2 days would be great too for the derby. Give those few folks who love it a reason to come before the 1p starts. And then we would have a 9' moved in and used for banks in round 6 as opposed to waiting until the finals.

    Fix the Foot ...

I can't really explain why but I've never had any interest in it personally. I play all the events at the derby and I'd rather watch any of those matches when I'm not playing. Don't really have a specific gripe with it just doesn't grab me. I will sweat a little if I find myself with a bet but...

    DerbyCity going to Nashville...???

This year it took round 6. But the problem lies in the fact that only 150 of the 260 goes to the prize pool. 100 of the 260 goes to Master of the Table and let’s face it there’s only maybe MAYBE 6-10 people that have a shot at that money(speaking of 3 prizes). The other 600ish players are never...

    8 ball handicap system

I used to play in an in house 8ball league that I believe was very well ironed out. 5 players play(8 person teams) Every ball pocketed is worth a point. 8 ball is worth 3. Avg players totals after 3 weeks. If a player avgs 5.2 and his teammates are 5.8, 6.4, 6.7, 8.4 for example then they...

    DerbyCity going to Nashville...???

Counterpoint to this, those “empty or unoccupied tables” were available for short practice sessions for those of us waiting on the draw for the next round ;) When you have 48 tables and you’ve had, for example, 146 matches to go through for an early round there’s just got to be some downtime...

With Fedor Winning Banks Who would you put against him?

Can Fedor continue to refine his banks? Yes of course. But he isn’t learning a new bank he doesn’t know already. The specialists have no knowledge edge at all imo. He knows as much or more than any player playing today aside from Efren and even Efren couldn’t show him a bank he doesn’t know.

With Fedor Winning Banks Who would you put against him?

the main thing that separates Fedor from the field is his cueball. Most banks he misses leave absolutely nothing. Billy, Skylar, Justin Hall even might be better at just purely making a bank but Fedor's cueball control and selection is superior. Hard to overcome being glued to the end rail 7...
