I may be wrong, but believe the Pyro came after 2.0. The v10, available only in green, is their newest chalk new and is billed as their most improved version. Hard for me to describe the differences but I find the Pyro is great and the v10 better.
You won't be returning it. I have a great many hours with it on my TB 860hr and it doesn't stain. You quoted the only post in this thread that says it stains. The only chalk better than the Pyro is the v10.
