Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

Just the alignment or actual steps in shooting pool? (I already posted enough diagrams. :p )

Why limit yourself to discernible fractions? In dialing those oddball hits, you'd have to cut into your control range just to fudge the inbetweeners. Conversely, with geometric alignment, you can be centralized on every shot and adjust through the full range of the shot.

Are Junior players being set up for a tough life?

There will have to be H2O generators soon and of course all in software.

...education and music... That's kinda funny. Music is good stuff though. Mind juggling for enjoyment.

    Identify these billiard balls

I remember blue circles (we called them blue dots) from the 70s like they'd always been around. Don't know where red circles came from but I suspect they were sold separately and just filtered into the Centennial "mass".

Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

The geometry is constant. It details in comparatively high resolution, where the stick goes. The shooter simply shoots in the indicated direction.

Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

I shoot thin hits by the tangent line. It's like billiards. You do have to get familiar with the sides of the balls but it's like shooting any other shot.

Yes. You aim directly at an estimated target. Like I said previously, you determine the stick alignment with CPG. No guesswork. No aiming at la la land.

    Short Rack 8 Ball

I tried to get the local leagues to adopt this after one too many (one night) nights sitting around waiting for the table(s). Talked to the LD (profit concerns) and some players - That's not how you play 8 ball (you know the retort) end of subject.

Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

A guy explained the reflection method years ago and it made perfect sense. Now I can't even picture it. May be useful for actual players - take the sweat out of certain shots.

It lets you see through an opaque ball. Cool part for me.

Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

The ellipse helps you visualize the hidden contact point. It's just one more way to know the exact alignment. It's just a Paint sketch. Also the blue line should be parallel to the one on the object ball. BlackBalled mentioned object permanence - in this case once you've plotted the shot you...

Seeing the contact point on the object ball.

Here's a clearer depiction of the contact ellipse. Also apologies to @iusedtoberich who has some visual issues. If you need to know anything about the diagrams, please ask. If not it's all good. The cool thing about this lick is you can take what you see on the OB and "paste" it on the CB...
