I was talking with Nick a few weeks ago about his game. He told me he could still take a set off anyone, but the chances of stringing together that level of play to win a pro tournament probably isn't possible for him anymore.

Do you know where they're playing? Ron has always played very well for the cash. It seems like the more he plays for, the better he plays. He doesn't book very many losers either. I like Ron over Kenny playing any game.

Yeah, can't compare CJ to Archer. CJ definitely played well enough to win a set here and there against JA (or anyone), but he'd be the underdog for sure.

My vote would be to keep it as original as possible...even if it went a little shorter.

That table looks beautiful. I'm a big fan of restorations; not so much so increase value but just to preserve something for future generations to see and enjoy. If it were me, I would spend the money on the basic restoration and not worry about bringing it up to modern playing standards...
