This is a really odd post. Nobody ever suggests playing alternate break because it suits them. There are, however, people who say it should always be winner breaks because it suits them.

Your innings ends when you pocket the 9 ball. Who starts the next rack ("innings" if you like) has nothing to do with your innings, it's actually determined by whether you are playing winner breaks or alternate breaks.
