Fargo doesn't care if you win in 2 innings or 5 innings. Winning is all that matters. So the captain telling the player to slow down when he won in 2 innings makes no sense. The only way to sandbag your Fargo is to lose. Which I don't think the captain wants.

Are those balls in the table 24/7? Or they just get them out for league? If they are just out for league I would definitely complain to the league operator. This is an unfair advantage. Depending on how much this means to you, you could also write to the League Office.

Playing 14.1 teaches a player about all possible cue ball speeds. My experience on Diamond pro cut pockets with deep ledges taught me to hit balls much softer. Softer shots go in more frequently. More pocket speed and less firing them in.

In BCA/CSI pool league the default is 400. If the League Operator thinks your speed is higher, then they will adjust it. We have a fairly small league and I haven't seen anyone start lower than 400. But a few have started above.

In the pic the space looks to be around 30 ft wide. Assuming true, then it would be 100 ft long. 30ft is awkward for 9ft tables. Another assumption about splitting the room in half. 50ft for each size. 6 - 9ft tables with extra room for seating. And 10 - 7ft tables with no extra room for tables...

I don't know about any projection drill software that runs on an android device. I own a Projection Pro Billiards device and software package. It comes with its own compute device, a raspberry pi. Love it. I use it a lot.
