I would think Players would be quick to honor their warranty if for no other reason than so other prospective buyers wouldn't see a cross section of what a Players cue looks like.

Seems like having a room full of players seeing a Players break in half during normal use and the manufacturer not standing behind the product wouldn't be a good business decision.
