Google "Eagle eye marcel pool" and you will see the incident I was talking about. I can't post the link here. Maybe someone can.

Dead wrong. You cannot pick up very small motions in slow motion. You have to look at it in real time. Matter of fact, Marcel was the referee in another match where he called a foul on a very slight movement and it was challenged. They played it first in slow motion and it was not visible then...

I believe it's an optical illusion caused by shadow of the camera angle. If you focus on the ring on the 9 ball, which you can see, it does not move. Water over the dam at this point though. Marcel is one of the best referee in the sport and he would have been all over that.

Shadow from the camera angle. Take a look at the the pre shots and it looks like the 9 ball moved during those strokes. I am looking at it on a HUGE TV.

Pressure makes a pipe burst and we saw it in this match. The better man won though. Congrats Yapp!!

Good match so far, but I just wished that Niels had beaten Chua because he might have given Fred a tougher match. Seems like Chua betted against himself missing shot that an APA 3 would have made because the positions on those shots were not difficult.

What a sloppy match so far. Hope they play like this against Yapp.

Ref, he put lead in my cue ball. I know Emily so you better listen to me.

I thought that if you break from center table more energy/power gets transferred to the rack and less is left on the cue ball. Maybe I am wrong and the physics is different for a cut break. Would like to hear other opinions on this. The main thing for me is, if let's say your analysis is spot...

That's fine. Did Niels complain or did the referee act on his own? Big difference. If a referee has to act after a complaint then he/she is not doing their job. If they give a warning due to pressure from an opponent (MR boy) then the player would be playing against the opponent and referee.

Guess you are shark proof. Maybe you swim in a cage. Your statement is easier said than done. Maybe you never played against sharks.

I agree, they already have the system. I am not sure why they don't use it, at least from the quarter final stage where there are referees.

So what shark move MR boy Fedor is going to use against Chua? They are both matchroom boys. But seriously, Fedor is the only top player that I have heard openly say that he favors the 3 past the headstring rule. That rule is junk, because everyone knows that collisions could prevent balls...

That would guarantee a first time US Open champion because I don't think Ko Pin Yi ever won it.

The fat lady is warming up her throat. Looks like Jayson holiday is going to end soon. I always feel like he, SVB and Fedor get soft draws compared to other top players. Edit ... oooh la la la la 😆

Wonder You will have to break both of his legs because he will still beat them with one leg. Come to think about it, he will even beat them in a wheelchair. Maybe you need ICE 😆

You get a better view of the whole layout of the table looking at a big screen. I think that's why he is constantly looking up ... it looks weird though.

They wax the cue ball whenever it's the opponent time to shoot even mid-game 😆 Losers always complain, typical pool players.

Was listening to Josh Filler's commentary on the 10 ball men finals and I thought it was insightful. He mentioned that he would have liked to play, but he couldn't get support from his Federation. Wonder why? Anyone has any idea why this was the case?

Well, I kicked you ass Mr. WNT. Joshua is still wearing the wnt pro patch though so something might be in the works.
