I asked him once and he said that he has no problem using the template, but they keep disappearing on him. Don't think that's a good enough reason for a large tournament that is prone to racking problems, but Mike is Mike. I would be surprised if he starts using templates.

What are the affected events? I see Mosconi Cup and International Open listed on the WPA's calendar. This is pure bullshit due to the grandstanding between Matchroom and WPA where the players are the losers.

They are aggressive, you have to give them that. However, it's a dog eat dog world and they are not the monster dog. It truly sucks, but WPA hurt them bad in Hanoi. This is their second major they couldn't fill the field. So some stuff sucks on their side.

Agree, Matchroom has the potential to increase the TV audience and hence general interest in the sport, which will in turn increase the payday for the players. Predator has no interest in preventing this from happening. It stands to benefit from Matchroom's success.
