2026 WNT Ranking event- Chinese Taipei Open, 8-11 Jan2026, Winner $30K

I would be very surprised if it’s the wnt camera crew and director. This is just a satellite event, not one of the majors, I think.

2026 WNT Ranking event- Chinese Taipei Open, 8-11 Jan2026, Winner $30K

What the big part of the production other than catering to the viewers so they can enjoy the match? By the way, I agree on the soft breaks you mentioned before. Seems like a lot of players were getting away with soft breaks. However, these soft breaks were not the Corey Duel type where all...

2026 WNT Ranking event- Chinese Taipei Open, 8-11 Jan2026, Winner $30K

Everyone can have their opinion. Many, many, many times Matchroom, Predator and Accu Stats cut away from a rolling CB to show the player's face or audience or some crap like that. If you are into those things, I understand. Also, sometimes their close ups are so tight that you can't even see...

Wow, pleasure watching the TV matches. Perfect camera use and great use of the telestrator. Matchroom, Predator and Accu Stats need to go to school on this production. Congratulations big Ko!

Maybe they prefer to play without gloves and wood slides better on bare hand???

Looks like the Vietnamese Dang Thanh Kien who beat Ko Ping Chung would be fun to watch. He is always smiling and reminds me of Tommy Kennedy. He has to play Ko Pin Yi tonight. Hopefully, it will be on the TV Table.

I hope so because he deserves it. However, there are still many strong players.

Really enjoyed watching this match between Carlo Biado and Wu Kin Lin. I think it was perfect TV Table production with camera work. I also enjoyed the commentary even though I couldn't understand a word 😆 because of their massive use of telestrator.

    Predator's WPA Women's World 9 Ball

I totally support a shootout in the PBS series, but I don't think it should be used to determine a world championship. Congratulations to Seo Seoa.

    Predator's WPA Women's World 9 Ball

Really bad commentary. He is saying players are snookered when they are not. The camera work is not helping also. Balls are rolling to precarious positions and they choose to show the player's face instead of the full table. George needs to go, but if they decide to keep him for welfare...

What a paid to have to listen to George T. commentating. Long past time to put him out to pasture.

Mosconi Cup 2025, Dec. 3-6, Alexandra Palace, London

Looks like only 20 Americans were able to earn MC points. Not sure how many tried to earn points.

Mosconi Cup 2025, Dec. 3-6, Alexandra Palace, London

The only way the USA could be competitive in the Mosconi is to drop the player captaincy and let all 5 players be picked on points. This would generate much more interest in qualifying. Too much buddy shit has been happening for too long. They also need a Johan type coach.

Mosconi Cup 2025, Dec. 3-6, Alexandra Palace, London

Actually, if I remember correctly, Filler missed an easy kick to make them lose that match. Filler also missed another easy kick in another match which looked like a miscue. Moritz is the deserving MVP.

Maybe the Oscar, Lukas Jeremy Sossei and others figured that you can spend the time and money, but will never be picked once you don't earn the points. The picks are reserved for buddies in the USA ... and there you have the problem my fellow countrymen.

Ultimate Pool Shootout North Carolina bracket

First 10 racks between Rodney Morris and Justin Bergman, 10 B&R. Rodney broke dry in the final 11th rack and Justin runs out for the win - 6 to 5. That is just crazy!!
