Got it. Thank You! Just called back and got it adjusted to the $119 rate. Seemed the lady I got today was much more informed than the one I originally booked with so that may have had something to do with it.

I had heard that also and hope that is the case once I check in (I wanted to make sure I had a room first and foremost). However the lady that booked my rooms said this year there may not be any discounts at all...My guess is they are still paying premiums from the flood earlier in the year...

Just booked my room for derby and depending on the night its around $200 or $300 a night...I know there may be some discounts or codes offered in the coming weeks like in the past but as of right now its very pricy. However its usually a sell out so I see why the hotel gets every penny they can!

I have installed tips for 20+ years and have never had an issue with burnishing layered tips adversely effecting anything (granted I don't use super high speed). In my opinion I have been an authorized kamui dealer/installer for years and honestly feel their quality has went down in the past...

I cover my 9ft pro am whenever not in use just like I keep my cues in a case whenever they are not in use...for the same reason that I like to protect my investments!

Not your place to knock the guys pricing and doing so is a d*ck move! Furthermore I bet he gets his asking price fairly quick.

As far as $ paid in vs $ paid out I would say Diamond does VERY well...as far as the players, in general as usual they are playing for peanuts in the big picture of things IMO
