    Opinions on JOSS cues

Ordered my Joss in 94. Combined the forearm from one model and the butt from another and perhaps I have a one of a kind because of that. Love that cue. Paul

    Big name Carbon Fiber shafts

I got a full carbon playing cue and a full carbon break cue from "GO Customs" I am loving both and playing my best pool ever at this time. Not saying that that it is all due to the new cues. I also got the Projector system from ICA (Illuminated Cueing Arts) and between that and the lockdown...

Experiments in looking at the cueball while delivering the stroke.

I began experimenting with cue ball last after this thread came up and I feel certain that my game improved and my pocketing really improved because of it. I feel like I have learned that there are some shots where it is critical to use CBL and other shots where OBL will get the job done. But...

    Object ball slightly Right

Do the exercise where you hit the cue ball up the table and have it rebound and come back and hit right back on your cue tip. Keep practicing this and you should be able to correct your stroke.

    Fargorate

I'm thinking that the more support they receive the better the App will be and the more new and innovative the features will be.

    Fargorate

I was saying to support them for a low price just to support Pool even if you feel like you won't personally benefit from it.

    Full rack Rotation

Bumping this thread after reading the 1 pocket thread. I totally think that nine ball as played by the Pros is too easy and can get boring watching them run out. If people think 1P is good then I don't know why Rotation would not have enough strategic excitement to earn everyone's respect...

    Fargorate

I just signed up for a subscription to Fargorate for a yearly membership for $12.99. This seems super reasonable to me and I want to encourage everyone to do the same. Anyone who is trying to do positive things for Pool deserves our support and with such a reasonable fee there is little excuse...

should pro tournaments ban the jump cue?

The more I read this thread the more I think that short jump cues should be outlawed. Thanks "the_JV" for solidifying my thinking on this.

should pro tournaments ban the jump cue?

I don't have a jump cue. I am not a fan of jumping in pool mainly because of the likely chance of the cloth being dinged or the ball ending up on the floor. With that said I think the kicking game is interesting and watching the pros play without jump cues is more exciting.

I think the theory is that the warm moisture evaporates more quickly than the cool moisture.
