As measureman said, Red pads are common. I don't think that having a red pad makes any given shaft a tascarella. However, This shaft IS a tascarella. I played with the cue it came from. If you want to buy it and send it to Pete, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd prefer if only interested buyers...
