I can ask around to see if there are other cue repair folks South., but the only one I know is James Hanshew. Not sure if he's doing cue work at the moment. Up North at Skinny Bob's, there's David Wimer. He is putting a tip on and reconditioning a 314-2 shaft for me at the moment.

That's kind of wild if that's true that you can't get a shop tour. I visited two custom cue makers today and chatted with each of them for about an hour. I saw both of their shops. I suppose it didn't hurt that I bought 1 cue today and committed to having 3 more built.
