I'd say, every russian cumaker can do fullsplice butterfly cues :)
For instance, my good friend Dmitry Komarov aka DBK:

My daughter's cue:
I can't see any ferrule in this article :o
But fyi DBK installs such a ferrule on all his shafts since 2 years afaik.
BTW it's about russian pyramid balls in this article.
It depends. I've seen DBK cues hard as steel (shaft weight ~5oz), but still very well playable because of thinner joint. My daughter's cue is very stiff too.
By the way hornbeam is stiffer as any maple.
I don't think, you need this new word, it's already clear enough.
I am really happy too you can make it again.
As I already said, you're the BEST FULLSPLICE MAKER IN THE WORLD for me, keep it going :)
Dmitry makes pool cues since many years already. They play very good and stiff, especially with hornbeam shafts. Check his unique fullsplice cues out here.
I'm sure, I'm quite original, but I don't want a cue from any cuemaker who makes me wait for 10 years :> It'd be a really fancy fullsplice butterfly cue from Dmitry Komarov aka DBK.
