Great point, Joe. Also stance adjustment can help. For example, a guy 190 tall looks weird with straight leg and a rounded back stance. Bend the knees.

You should pay a visit to a doc. Noone here can say what's wrong with you. Do you make some strength training or at least body weight exercises? Since I make heavy deadlifting, I don't any problem anymore, but I would ask the doc first.
