I recently purchased a beautiful Tascarella from Kenney and the process with him was excellent. We corresponded by phone and text, Kenny was very responsive with additional photos and videos, the cue was exactly as described, he shipped on time and the packaging was very well done. Next time...

$500 and up is the going price for quality shafts. Actually not so quality shafts from the known cue makers is $500 and up. Get it while you can.

I don’t get it. Richard makes a great kielwood shaft. It might cost a couple hundred more than you want to spend but he can meet your specs. It’s not like you can’t afford it. You have many nice and expensive cues which you like to show us. An extra $200 to get what you want. Why not?

It’s also a huge plus these kids get to watch and interact with the top professionals.

I believe there’s more high level junior tournaments happening not just in the US but in multiple countries. An example in the US is the International 9-Ball that Pat Fleming hosts. He has a junior tournament running in conjunction with the pro tournament and there’s some strong kids coming up...

I think the junior pool scene in the US is stronger than it’s been in several years. Hopefully the money will increase to the point it’s actually a viable career. I’m hopeful.

I don’t live nearby but when I’m in the area I always drop by. The food is excellent, love the cheeseburger, and the tables are in perfect shape. I believe he flies Ernesto Dominguez in from CA yearly to recover the tables. Chris runs a very high quality room. That 10 footer is brutal.
