I still don’t understand how resistance training, which will build up Your tricep is going to help your stroke. And make it go straight You can still pull back off-line with the band attached to your wrist What am I missing?

If you are not perfectly aligned looking only at the Cue ball Last You do not allow your subconscious to make micro corrections to deliver the cueball to the Target like you could if you were focusing on the object ball contact point or whatever target last Jmho

tell that to filler,gorst,and most of the pros pros eat based on performance they find the best way to do things not whats best theortetically not saying it cant work

This is not a scientific answer to your question But if the majority of pros for years and years and years, look at the object ball last, it must be the better way to play If cue ball last was really better By now I would think all of the pros would do it. Jmho Icbw
