    JB Cases

I'm curious.... did you miss the part where I said "preferred to buy American, but it's not a deal breaker".... or were you attempting a joke? 🙂

    JB Cases

I was just looking at them. In your opinion... what offers better protection for the long term storage of cues, the sleeve style (like JB uses), or the tube style (like Whitten uses)?

    JB Cases

I really do appreciate all the feedback! I've always preferred to buy American, but it's not a deal breaker. I've been doing some research into a good case and JB is on the radar, still have a good bit of looking and asking questions to do, before I pull the trigger on two new cases. One will be...

    Gus Szamboti 70's

I'm confused. Why would the confiscate your cue? The only Ivory is the ferrule, right? An even so how could they justify that? Wouldn't that fall under the Ex Post Facto rule?

    Best cue case for storage

Thank you! When the cues are at the house I usually hang them and just use the butterfly for transport. But I don't like leaving the cues hanging when I'm at work, as I don't want them stolen and will start putting them in the safe when I'm not home. I'll look into the Porper hard case...

    Best cue case for storage

Hello Cue Makers, What is the best pool case for storage of cues over a long period? I currently use a Porper 4x8 butterfly for storage and transport to the pool hall. I love that case, but it doesn't seem to be the best case for long term storage, as the pockets are not rigid. As my collection...

Don't thinks it's a Black, the diamonds look high and I don't remember seeing that kind of ring work from him. But, it's possible. What does the weight bolt look like?

    Rosewood Question

Love where this is going, all of my research about tonal qualities of wood seemed to go back to musical instarments. I'm fairly certain musical qualitys of wood mean just as much to pool cues and the way they play as instruments. That's why Bushka demanded straight grain woods for all his cues...

    Famous Players Cues

Hello all, Not to long ago there was a post on here about what the greats used and it is a great thread. What I'm wondering is, what were the specs of the great's cues? Length, weight, tip size, shaft taper, etc. I asked the maker I use for most of my stuff and he told me Mosconi's shafts had a...
