Lol! Even the brass inserts in the facebook photos are like mirrors! That's some attention to detail, I can only imagine how the cue is put together.

    Cue sale question

Hello all, I had an interesting situation come up, and thought AZ might be able to steer me in the right direction. Recently had an aquatince that asked me help him sell a few cues. As he was someone that I've done a few deals with I told him that I would list, take pictures, record all the...

Alright! I'm going through a whole bag of emotions looking at your stunning cues. You, sir have a spectacular collection, one that I hope to come closer to, as I am just beginning my collection! Thank you for the inspiration! On a side note, not real sure about this photographer you have. For...

    Bob Manzino BRW Hoppe

You have some classy cues, thank you for sharing! Brazilian is my favorite cue wood, I'm a sucker for it! Is this a six point? Love the look of this cue, it just screams "play the hell out of me".

    Larry Vigus

I agree Dean, it is really hard to part with this cue! It is a great player, as you have stated. But, I really need to make room and since I don't play with near enough, I feel bad and think this beauty will be better served in the hands of someone who will play the hell out of it.

How long is too long to wait...?

First thread like this we have seen! Lol. I know it's not funny and it sucks for your friend... this is about the millionth thread like this one. Couple words of advice; 1) Never pay everything up front. 2) From the onset, set a clear timeline with the maker. One both you and the maker agrees...

    The Mosconi slipstroke

Is it agreed upon definition of a Slip Stroke? Maybe all the confusion going on is, one persons definition of it, is completely different from the other/s.

    The Mosconi slipstroke

Before seeing this tread, never heard of a slip stroke. It's a pretty interesting stroke and as I'm always messing around with mine, also like learning new things, think I'll give it a try. Who had the best slip stroke, not including Mosconi? Would like to pull up some more videos and figure it out.

    multiple cues

Unless you have a very hard break shot, I would break with my playing cue. I asked my cue maker the same question, he laughed and said that's what a cue is designed to do! Almost everything you need it to do on a table, except for jumping, really need a jump cue for that.

    Extension advice: Richard Black cue

I'm sure you could tap the bolt. But, I would recommend getting someone to make an extension to go at the joint, or one of those extensions that go over the butt. You start messing around with the bolt and how the butt cap is secured, if you do mess it up and send it to Black for a repair, he...

    The Mosconi slipstroke

The videos clearly show exactly what you are asking for. That's why I'm confused why you are asking for what is already shown in the videos. But I guess you would like to make attempts at insulting me, "too subtle for me to understand" lol. I'm the one that doesn't know what I'm looking at, huh...
