I agree Dean, it is really hard to part with this cue! It is a great player, as you have stated. But, I really need to make room and since I don't play with near enough, I feel bad and think this beauty will be better served in the hands of someone who will play the hell out of it.

Is it agreed upon definition of a Slip Stroke? Maybe all the confusion going on is, one persons definition of it, is completely different from the other/s.

Before seeing this tread, never heard of a slip stroke. It's a pretty interesting stroke and as I'm always messing around with mine, also like learning new things, think I'll give it a try. Unless you have a very hard break shot, I would break with my playing cue. I asked my cue maker the same question, he laughed and said that's what a cue is designed to do! Almost everything you need it to do on a table, except for jumping, really need a jump cue for that.
