When I steer, my tip goes away from my body (left-handed). The biggest cause is tightening my grip, which tends to happen on shots that are outside of my comfort zone or when I'm feeling very nervous. It also happens when I don't stand right and have a chicken-wing arm position.

This is true and certainly may be the case. I don't believe he is. He's low 500ish Fargo Rate.

That makes perfect sense in open tournament formats, but these are all handicapped events. They're designed specifically for certain players (outside of super, super, super SL 7/9s who still play APA for some reason) to not consistently dominate.

If you join one, I strongly recommend a Double Jeopardy APA night. You play both 8 ball and 9 ball. Usually your 8 ball and 9 ball teams will be the same people, so it makes it much more likely that you play at least once every league night, and you'll often play both.
