    Got some Pagulayan chalk

And that's what you will get, gross chalk that leaves lots of chalk on your table, your hands and your cue, not a problem if that doesn't bother you, in my experience chalk that sits around for long time seems to dry out, chalk that lasts 1 to 2 years works great for me.

    Got some Pagulayan chalk

Becue made in Italy, they have 3 different types of shafts designed to play differently and they do, I'm using their Prime II 12.0 shaft, you get some feedback like a wooden shaft, to me it's the perfect blend of feedback of a wooden shaft and CF feel.

    Got some Pagulayan chalk

I play Becue cues which are CF, even the butt, ditched the glove about 6 months ago, using TAOM V10, I haven't gone through 2 rounds of chalk in 4 years, I use a Dr V's magnetic chalk holder, if you own one or seen one you know you ain't losing your chalk with that holder, it is ridiculously...

    Got some Pagulayan chalk

Let's say you paid $30 for that 1 piece of chalk a year and 2months is 60 weeks so 30÷60=.50 so the chalk cost you 50cents a week, or about $2.00 a month, one of the cheapest luxuries in pool equipment.

Drop Pockets vs Ball Return Tables in Tournaments

Drop Pockets vs Ball Return Tables in Tournaments

Remove some of the balls in the full pocket to a pocket that is empty or less full BEFORE the shot, ball return tables are harder on pool balls, they are running on bare wood in a return table.

    Cues for Sale... Without Extensions

I added an extension kit after buying my cue, 1 is 3" the other 7" and can be used together, I had never owned a cue with extensions so when they arrived I put the 3" one on to see what it felt like and it has only left my cue for a "wall" shot in a crowded bar room, I loved the balance of my...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

I use a Bulletproof Recoil Hard tip, all CF shafts are not created equal, Becue is CF shaft and Butt, their Prime II 12.0 shaft has lots of feedback, CF is being used in golf clubs, tennis racquets, bicycles, and even the space shuttle, the difference between wood and CF is CF can be engineered...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

Just like any cue you learn your cue, if you don't like CF shafts don't use them, my cue is a total CF cue, even the butt is CF, it's the best hitting cue I have ever owned, Back in the day people would say "this cue hits a ton" that's what they meant, there are wood cues that can transfer the...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

Where did I say an extreme amount of power is needed for pool, I didn't, however it's far easier to stroke properly with less power, my teammate in league was watching my match and said "why are you hitting the balls so hard?" I said I'm not, after my first match was over he said " I can't...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

CF shafts do not MAKE more power, what they do is transfer the power of your stroke more efficiently, the difference being a CF shaft will not make a poor stroke more powerful, if you have a decent stroke you will see that your cue doesn't rob as much power from your stroke, draw, follow, stun...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

ALL shafts cause deflection when struck off center, it's physics, some more than others, but not so much you won’t easily account for it when playing with it for awhile, there are enough things in playing billiards to worry about than that......

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

I'm using CF but I'm not anti wood, there are so many body types, speed of strokes, heights, weights ect. so there is no one "right" cue for everyone, if you play well with your cue and that cue makes you feel like you don't want another cue then you've found your cue, if you like your cue but...

    Pia Filler hates wood shafts

CF is better in 2 things compared to wood and 1 of them could be equal, CF shafts play more consistent than wood for one simple reason, you will never get 2 pieces of wood exactly alike, as the wood wears it will change, it may take years for it to happen but it will happen, Not all CF shafts...
