as i mentioned, am green with threads, posting, and weeding through all the advice. can be a bit confusing. to "clean" or not, use this not that, restore or not. just want to do the right thing for such a special cue.

i plan to clean the ferulles first (as recommended), and then take plenty of pictures. btw, tested the butt with both shafts. the cue is straight.
