Can't find a good answer but I remember reading about a pool hall in Virginia that commissioned Meucci to build a # of cues for thier tournament. The cues were stamped MEUCCI CUE TOURNAMENT CHAMPION. I would like to know approx how many of these were made? I heard only 10 of the 80-2 model...

My buddy has this old Palmer, 3rd catalog #1. This model started in 1971. What is the value of it now? Should I refinish it? gain or lose value? The shaft is warped. Or, not worth the money and time to refinish this cue? ( no sentimental value here). TIA!
