I just ordered a cue and it comes stock with an Everest tip. I've used Le Pro's and recently Moori's. I was thinking about putting a Moori on right when I got the cue, but was told that the Everest is a pretty good quality tip, and similar to a Moori. Any truth to that? :) Thanks! D

Just out of curiosity, does Alex Pagulayan still use a Predator shaft? For some reason I thought I heard he switched before the Derby last year, but not sure if he changed his entire set up, or just the butt of his cue.

I have an early 1970's Original Palmer. The cue is in imaculate shape, but after 30+ years of play, the ferrule needs to be replaced. It's still intact, but it's starting to taper as it gets closer to the tip. I'm guessing that it's from 3+ decades of tip replacements and other maintenance...
