About 1 year ago,I purchased a 96 Bill Shick s/p,it needed a new shaft.I took the the cue to a local cue maker to have another one made,but the cuemaker did not have the chocolate brown phenolic to make the collar for it.He called Bill to get a piece of it.When asked , Bill said he would send a...
