do Cyclops work on valley bar tables? cue ball return?

I am wanting to get some stones inlayed in my wifes cue. is it possible to do using her cue, do I need to start from scratch? any one know who I can contact to do this? or is there site where I can design a cue with that kind of inlays? thanks
